Sellers Comments - These are very good quality moulded stone / cast pillars. They are very well made and classically shaped and do not have any moulding marks that are found on cheapo products. Bath stone colour. I think they may be spun manufacture. Although these are all UNUSED these are quite old and have sat outside for a few years so they are very nicely patinated plus some lichen and moss in places. They are very heavy - about 30 kg each. I have 23 of these and I would prefer to sell in one lot. There are one or with two slight chips from storage / handling. I will not go below my starting price which is £15.00 EACH or £300 for the lot. Will require to be collected from Worcester.

Denmark: Copenhagen auctions 7,000 retro street lamps - To The General Public
Copenhagen city council is auctioning off 7,000 of the city's old street lamps to the general public.
The council is replacing almost half of its street lighting as part of an energy-saving drive, including all of the iconic dome-shaped "Copenhagen lamps", the DR.dk news website reports. They were designed by the municipal architect's office in 1977, and restored versions have now become fashionable as indoor lighting in private homes. "It's a piece of Copenhagen's history that's being put up for sale for people's enjoyment," council official Steffen Rasmussen tells the website.
Auction house Lauritz.com notes that the lamps do show some signs of wear and tear - perhaps inevitable after decades spent weathering the Scandinavian seasons. And owning a piece of urban history isn't cheap; the auctioneers estimate that each one is worth 200 euros ($220; £143). But the company's CEO Mette Rode Sunstrom says they "really hit the spot" in terms of Danish interior design trends. "It's becoming important to make things personal and unique with finds from different time periods and styles," she says.
About 20,000 street lights are being replaced in total across the Danish capital, which the council says will lead to energy savings of 57% by 2016. Copenhagen is hoping to become the world's first carbon neutral capital city by the year 2025.

Work Surface is almost unused on both sides. I can't move it on my own now so
unable to take snaps of opposite side, you buy unseen but it's the same as the
side you can see. I got this form Kodak ltd in Harrow in 1981. the date stamp
looks like 1961. It's heavy and collection only. 54 ins wide X 24 ins depth X
30 ins high. No returns but in the event of returns buyer to pay return costs.

Custom vintage Triang pedal car , ideal showroom display piece
I have decided to sell a couple of my pedal cars to make way
for a possible new purchase.
This one is a nicely customised Traing pedal car in a rather
vibrant orange colour with new wheels and a new padded seat to finish the job
off. The paintwork is not showroom standard but certainly gets people talking
and would look good in any collection.
The pedal car is currently in Penrhyn Bay near Llandudno but
I can get in to Manchester by arrangement if that is easier for some people. I
strongly recommend looking at this item before buying to avoid any
misunderstandings .

1930's VINTAGE PEDAL CAR MAGNA N°8 MG F TOURING by TRIANG LINES BROS TRI-ANG

This is an vintage 1930's TRI-ANG MAGNA No 8 pedal car racer
in very good and almost 100% original unrestored condition.
The car has been stored for years in a personal collection / private car museum,
hence the almost perfect original condition.
As far as I can see, the only parts that looks replaced are
the four tires and the license plates.
According to a 1930's advertisement I found, the tires
should be dunlop cord balloon tires (as on the J40), only the spare tyre is
still an original dunlop cord tyre.
The 4 others have been replaced by Vredestein tyres.
The license plates are vintage "DIY made"
plates, that are on the car for years,
and their patina matches the rest of this lovely pedal car.
The rest of the car is (IMO) 100% original.
Wooden body has some knocks and some playwear, paint looks
original to me.
The black tonneau cover + seat upholstery has a lot of
cracks (dried out) plus has a few tears BUT it's the original leather !
Mechanics are more then ok, everything (pedals, steering
wheel, brake, windshield, horn) works fine.
Metal fenders have some knocks, but nothing that detracts
the beauty of this car.
The small lights on the front fenders, seem to have
contact-screws for electric wiring , but no wires are installed/included.
Hood ornament is damaged, normally should be an extra ring
(loop) on top (looks restorable to me by someone with the right
tools/knowledge)
Bonus is the original (optional) horn / bell and and little
triangle sign on the rear fender with "4 wheel brakes".
SIZE: 145 cm long, 65 cm width, highest point (steering
wheel) 55 cm. (47 inch x 25 inch x 21 inch)
Have a good look at the pictures, what you see is what you
get.
The BIN in 1930 was 5£ 5c in 2015 there's no BIN, it will
sell at highest bidder.
ABOUT PAYMENT AND SHIPPING / PICK UP.
I live in Belgium , nearby Leuven. I would prefer a local
pick up , so that the car doesn't get damaged during transport.
The pick up can be arranged in Leuven (hometown) or in
Ostend (holiday house).
If really needed , pedal car can be shipped l, but it that
case I will have to make a crate and check out a few shipping companies for a
price quote.
(i would estimate this in a price range of 200-300£, since
it's heavy and bid.) Also in that case i'm not reliable for damage or loss.
This is a super rare and valuable pedal car, so I guess if
you really want it to arrived sound and save, a local pick up is the most
logical choice.
I am not in a hurry, so if you win you don't have to be here
in hours/days for an immediate pick up.
In case you want me the store car for a few days/weeks, I'll
be asking a small deposit to make sure that the your are committed to buy.

For sale antique god in art nouveau enamel stove
This is a stunning stove in a mottled blue grey colour with
lovely nouveau cast decoration . It is in good condition with what I can see as
only a bolt missing on the top, it is 29" high and 13" deep and wide,
the enamel is all around the stove so allowing it to be away from a wall.
Basic design and features of the Godin stove brand include
cast iron molded fronts with the addition of enamel on some models. A highly
ornate and decorative aesthetic in the early art nouveau style is common. The
mica window is a later edition. As manufacturing practices improved, thus
improving the quality of the design aesthetic quality of raw material and
general fuel consumption practices, so did the look and variety of Godin cast
iron stoves.
The stove is very heavy and needs to be collected from

Victorian Cast Iron Coalbrookdale Ceiling Rose 1869
Description
This is a very ornate original Victorian ceiling rose which
dates from 1869.
Due to the high quality of the piece, it is believed to be
manufactured by the world renowned Coalbrookdale foundry. Many items manufactured by the foundry do not
carry its mark, however the exceptional high quality of the cast strongly
points towards Coalbrookdale as the casting foundry.
The rose has 12 fixing holes that have been cast on the
periphery of the item, as well as two larger anchoring holes at the centre.
The diameter of the rose is 101 cm.
It has a classical
acanthus leaf and foliage design that provides a very elegant feel to the
piece. The superior casting is very
pronounced and reaches into the room and does not lie flat like other
contemporary examples.
When placed into a room the eye is naturally drawn to the
piece and is an essential for any superior period home.
Stone Fireplace And Gas Fire Limestone
Stone fireplace and gas fire for sale. I am told it's
limestone. Made by The Dragon Fireplace Company of selby and doncaster. Looks
lovely but won't suit our log burner so it has to go. There is a small chip on
top of the mantel where I slipped with the hammer when I was removing it. I
would imagine it is fillable and you won't notice it. It's shown in one of the
photos. Gas fire has some light damage to the fire back. It just needs painting
with some black fire paint. Dimensions are:

Reclaimed Oak Arched Front door with frame which we recently
removed from a grand 1930's property.
Frame measures 42" wide x 84" high x 3 3/4"

As photos show there is a slight split to the top of arched
frame and above the keys there is a hole where the old doorbell used to be -
both these can be easily repaired.

Portway Tortoise No.2 Antique Vintage Cast Iron Stove Fireplace Wood Coal Burner
Wonderful rare Victorian antique wood burning stove by C
Portway of Halstead in Essex.
This is the no.2 size and comes with the usually lost tray.
Portways are still made today but this one I believe dates
late 1800's to early 1900's.
These tortoise models were named as such because of their
slow efficient burning of fuel. It is in very good condition and ready to be
used if wanted for that purpose.

The stove has a grab handle and on rollers, it is intended to move from
room to room plugging into a built in flue in each room. The stove is
highly decorative as seen in the photos. Perhaps to use for decoration
purposes.

up.
